YAY! I love this!
My mom raised my sister and I and always taught us about Jesus. I can remember at age five praying and asking Jesus to come into my heart and never ever leave; but I was 11 when I made my profession of faith and was baptized. I don't have any great transforming story, I was just always taught about Jesus and learned to love Him very early on. Today, I count on Him for everything.
My story is Christ! I married my high school sweetheart and had children young, I knew the only way life was going to be great was if I let the Lord in. I have 4 wonderful boys and a wonderful husband of 10 years, and Thank God everyday for every blessing! He's helped me beat alot of odds! He's also shown me just how he works though my children and my husband. God is Great!
I once was lost, but now am found - was blind but now I see.
I was 14. My youth pastor took me and a few others from my Lutheran Church to a Baptist church (smile!) to listen to a speaker. He spoke of lots of things, but the key for me was when he told us that God is our Father, and loves us like no eartly person can or every will. I'm not sure, to this day,if I really understand His love for me. I turned my life over to Him that day!
