Ooooooooo Chocolate!

WOW!! Thanks gang for your encouragement!! You blew my socks off!! Thank you!!!

I'm finding out that I am unable to live without my chocolate, especially since I think it is "the time" coming up soon! So I'm in the organic section of my grocery store and I come across this huge chocolate bar that has Green & Black's on it and one end says MINT! Oh ho ho!! I love chocolate mint anything!! Yum!! So I check out the label and it is all organic and most of it I can have, but except maybe one or two ingredients. It is a dark chocolate, which I'm learning to like. The mint though is so divine!! It is worth the dark for the mint!! It is a huge bar that has 12 squares to it, I limit myself three squares per day (slightly larger then a fun size bar) and it should last me a week or close to it! Since it's organic, I figure that it is better for me then trying to "sneak" the imitation stuff! So there is one confession of my not being perfect at this diet! Four days down without any pop!! Whoo hoo!! Thanks again for your encouragement - I love it!!

You deserve some chocolate!! No pop for four days! Wow, good job! Organic chocolate can't be that bad so you have no reason to feel bad! lol Keep up the good work!

1 day without any pop would be an accomplisment for me. I'm proud that you've made it this far. Keep up the good work.

BTW-Dark CHocolate they say is better for you. Probably not when you eat it by the pound like I do but oh well.

Every now and then you gotta have something really good! If not, you'll get discouraged. Just don't overdo!
