Sonja is 17 months!

Wow!! It is hard to believe that Sonja is already 17 months old!! She is starting to say more words. She loves to dance and wiggle her body. She loves to climb, push things and open doors. She is too busy to slow down and take a picture! She is a healthy, happy girl and we thank God for that!!

She is just adorable, so glad she got to join your family.

Personal pondering, dont answer if its too personal or probing. Just was wondering if you are planning to adopt again?

MJ - I don't think that it is too personal! Right now I am content with two children! If it were my plan, we would stay at two and be done. If God leads us in another way and asks us to take in more children, then we will be obedient and do so! Where would we go? No clue! That would have to be God's direction as well!

Look how she's growing!!

Eyes in the back of our heads was one of the best bonuses we got with this job, wasn't it?

I did see your new scraping toy. It looks really cool. I've never heard of anything like it. I can't wait until the next time we come up there (even though I have no idea when that will be) and we can craft.

Hey Lori
thought I had your email but can't find. So thought I'd send this note thru your blog. Re: the digi-scrapping... There are a ton of online tutorials and tutorials that come with the various programs. you can get software for digi scrapping in a variety of different packages, but most folks I know ultimately use "photoshop elements" .. You can download a trial on the adobe website. The thing I love about it is that I'm actually scrapping now. I have an entire wall of paper scrap stuff but by the time I unburied everything, my time to "scrap" was done it seemed. So this has been great for me...AND it doesnt have to be either /or .... many folks combine both. I joined "digiscrappingmoms" (www.digiscrappingmoms.com) and many of those gals have so VERY patiently helped me as i've learned some of the basics. Many are also adoptive parents. If you go to the "two peas" website, theyve got a pretty decent tutorial for getting started and think might provide a kit. Here's a great site/tutorial and a nice free kit

Well as you can tell i'm loving it! I warn you tho its addictive! Email me if you want more info... sorry so long!
