Well we had our first showing today! I busted my bootie cleaning up this morning and as I was opening the garage door, the realtor pulls up with the client! He was ten minutes early!
We received feedback this evening and they thought it was below average.....so they are moving on! So am I!! There's a buyer out there and they will be the RIGHT ones! The ones I've been praying for..............

Stephanie - WE are moving to Sioux Falls, SD. Joel took a foreman position with BNSF Railway and his office is out of Sioux Falls. Read my older posts and you can get caught up.
