"The Princess is Home!"

"Three cheers for Princess Sonja, Hip Hip Hooray, Hip Hip Hooray, Hip Hip Hooray!"

This is what my Nico shouted after meeting his new sister! We are home and it feels good to be here!

Our Pastor and his family met us at the airport. Michael, Brenda, Isaiah, Kali, Ellie and Atira brought with them this beautiful Valentine's basket of cookies and goodies. We were so surprised and thankful to see them!

We are so happy to be home. It was extra special to have greeters at the airport!
Dave, our neighbor, was so very nice to stay after work and pick us up from the airport and make sure that we made it home!! Grandma, Nico, Heather and Macy (neighbors) were waiting to greet us at home! It was so fun to see them!
Thank you Dave for picking us up and keeping our wood burning going. Thank you to Heather and Dave for watching out for Grandma and Nico while we were gone!

I'm so excited to be able to get back to a new normal way of life! Living your life on hold, or on an "on call" basis, is stressful. I would say that we were living "on call" for approx. six months - too long!

I know that I have said thank you repeatedly to family and friends, but I really can't thank everyone enough!

Family, Friends and Church Family- Thank you for your prayers, support and love that you have pored out to us! Your support and encouragement is truly appreciate!

Blogger Buddies - Thank you for your support, understanding and encouraging comments! This process is grueling, but with every one's love and pep talks, we made it through!

And, of course, God is the reason we were able to endure this process. He is the reason our Princess is home and He is the one who carried us through.
